• Primary skill:
o Employee Central (EC) lite version
• Secondary skills: would be advantageous of having knowledge in these streams.
o Recruiting (RCM & RMK)
o Onboarding 2.0
o Performance & Goals
o Succession & Development
o Compensation & Variable Pay
o Learning Management System (LMS)
o Workforce Analytics & Planning
• Lead workshops, blueprinting, and stakeholder alignment for complex HRIS landscapes.

• Mentor junior consultants and oversee quality assurance across project phases.
