Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA programs including Greenfield, Brownfield (System Conversion), and Rollouts, ensuring delivery within scope, cost, timeline, and quality.

• Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion projects using SAP Activate.

• Own project planning, execution, governance, RAID management, and reporting.

• Manage customer stakeholders, steering committees, and senior leadership updates.

• Coordinate cross functional SAP teams (Functional, Technical, Integration, Basis).

• Oversee SIT, UAT, cutover, go live, and transition to AMS.

• Manage CRs, budget tracking, and resource planning.

Essential Skills:

• SAP S/4HANA Project Management

• End to end S/4HANA Implementation / Conversion experience

• SAP Activate methodology

Soft Skills:

• Strong stakeholder & customer management

• Strong ownership, accountability, and delivery focus

Mandatory Skills: Project Management .

Experience: 5-8 Years .
