Job Description:

• . Lead the solution architecture for SAP PP and QM in large-scale SAP implementations and transformation programs.
• Define and validate end-to-end manufacturing and quality processes, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Design and document SAP PP architecture covering Master Data (Material, BOM, Routing), MRP, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control, and Production Execution.
• Architect SAP QM processes including Inspection Planning, Quality Notifications, and Integration with PP and MM.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis, blueprinting, and solution design workshops with business stakeholders.
• Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PM) and third-party systems.
• Provide guidance on best practices for SAP S/4HANA PP/QM and digital manufacturing trends.
• Support data migration strategy, cutover planning, and testing for PP/QM objects.
• Act as a trusted advisor for manufacturing and quality process optimization.
• 10 years of experience in SAP PP and QM, with at least 5 years in solution architecture roles. ( Band - C1)
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA PP and QM functionalities.
• Proven experience in end-to-end manufacturing process design and global rollouts.
• Deep understanding of integration points between PP/QM and other SAP modules.
