Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to liaison and bridging the gap between customer and Wipro delivery team to comprehend and analyze customer requirements and articulating aptly to delivery teams thereby, ensuring right solutioning to the customer.

Job Description:-=

Experience

• Overall 5 years of experience, with minimum 4 years of relevant experience in SAP MDG

Role & Responsibilities

• Design and develop new features and enhancements in SAP MDG applications
• Test and validate developments completed by other team members
• Design and develop solution prototypes when required
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for SAP MDG applications
• Provide deep insights into SAP MDG capabilities aligned with Schneider Electric business use cases
• Strong ABAP & OO-ABAP developmentSAP MDG - Data Model, UI (FPM), Process & WorkflowBADI implementations, BRF , SAP WorkflowMDG integrations - DRF, ALE/IDocs, Web ServicesABAP enhancements, reports, debugging & performance tuning

Customer Engagement and Delivery Management PCSAT, utilization % achievement, no. of leads generated from the business interaction, no. of errors/ gaps in documenting customer requirements, feedback from project manager, process flow diagrams (quality and timeliness), % of deal solutioning completed within timeline, velocity generated. 2. Knowledge Management No. of whitepapers/ research papers written, no. of user stories created, % of proposal documentation completed and uploaded into knowledge repository, No of reusable components developed for proposal during quarter
