• Design and manage Salesforce DevOps pipelines using tools like Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
• Automate deployments across Salesforce environments (Sandbox, UAT, Production).
• Implement version control strategies and branching models for Salesforce metadata and code.
• Monitor and optimize release performance, rollback strategies, and deployment validations.
• Implement test automation and integrate with DevOps pipelines.
• Ensure compliance and governance in deployment processes, including audit trails and change tracking.
• Provide guidance on environment strategy, sandbox management, and data seeding.
• Stay updated on Salesforce platform changes and DevOps best practices

• 3 years of experience in Salesforce DevOps or Release Management.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including metadata structure and deployment mechanisms.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, GitHub).
• Proficiency in Git-based workflows and version control.
• Familiarity with SFDX (Salesforce DX) and CLI-based deployments.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
