About the role:
We're seeking a client-facing Senior Salesforce Admin to own production support and configuration across Sales/Service Cloud (FSC a plus). You'll triage incidents, drive RCA, deliver admin/config solutions (users/roles/permissions, flows, validation rules, case processes), manage sandboxes and releases, and partner closely with business and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and enhancing existing logic in SFDC
- Providing declarative code for project-related deliverables.
- Handling all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
- Completing regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
- Managing Salesforce data feeds and other integrations
- Coordinating the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests.
- Assisting in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
- Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams
- Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements
- Doing configuration with a high degree of efficiency and quality
- Interaction with application development teams and customer-facing resources

Education and Requirement:
- 5-8 years' professional experience with supporting or troubleshooting applications with an object-oriented architecture.
- Experience in configuration, customization, and data migration of Salesforce CRM application.
- Experience handling Salesforce workflows, validation rules, email templates, roles, profiles, dashboards, reports
- Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
- Experience in Financial Service Cloud is preferred
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
- Strong data management abilities
- Experience in SOQL queries
- Salesforce Admin certifications required
