Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists.

• Oversee and support process by reviewing daily transactions on performance parameters
• Key Responsibilities
  
  • Design and implement compute, network, storage, and security infrastructure.
  
  • Lead capacity planning, customer provisioning, and implement self-healing mechanisms.
  
  • Build, operate, and scale Red Hat OpenShift 4.x clusters in enterprise datacenters.
  
  • Perform OCP upgrades, patching, and application onboarding.
  
  • Deploy applications using Helm and Git-based workflows.
  
  • Implement Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform.
  
  • Drive automation using Ansible, Python, and Bash.
  
  • Configure and operate Prometheus monitoring and observability.
  
  • Integrate and manage load balancers (Nginx, HAProxy, F5).
  
  • Troubleshoot complex platform, performance, and network issues.

• Handle technical escalations through effective diagnosis and troubleshooting of client queries
  • Strong Linux (RHEL) administration.
    
    • Expertise in OpenShift 4.x, Kubernetes, Docker, Git.
    
    • Hands-on experience building new OpenShift clusters.
    
    • Terraform, Helm, Ansible/Python/Bash automation.
    
    • Strong understanding of networking (CCNA-level).
    
    • Load balancer technologies (Nginx / HAProxy / F5).
    
    • Strong SQL & No-SQL database experience

• Build people capability to ensure operational excellence and maintain superior customer service levels of the existing account/client
  • Storage and network virtualization (private/hybrid cloud).
    
    • Enterprise MongoDB on OpenShift.
    
    • L2/L3 networking, firewalls, iptables, DNS (DNSSEC, caching, LB).
    
    • Network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP).
    
    • SDN exposure (e.g., Nuage), virtualization (VMware, KVM).
    
    • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
    
    • Certifications: CCNA/CCNP, RHCE, CKA.
