Role Purpose

Lead end-to-end recruitment for UBS and select key accounts from Pune, orchestrating sourcing, assessment, offers, and joining. Drive stakeholder alignment with Delivery/PM/TSC/Practice SMEs, strengthen vendor/RPO engagement, and improve conversion ratios while ensuring strict adherence to TA SOPs and audit protocols.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment Ownership:

• Own requisitions across internal, partner, and vendor channels; run daily/weekly fulfilment huddles.

Stakeholder Management:

• Partner with Delivery, HRBPs, and Practice SMEs; ensure JD-to-profile calibration and panel readiness.

Sourcing Strategy:

• Build sourcing plans considering skill mix (Type A/B/C), urgency, and cost; leverage proactive talent pools.

Candidate Lifecycle Management:

• Screen profiles; schedule technical/HR interviews; negotiate fitment within BIN; roll out offers; maintain candidate engagement till joining.

Compliance & Governance:

• Adhere to TA SOPs, compensation guidelines, audit protocols, and documentation standards; minimise exceptions.

Reporting & Analytics:

• Publish weekly dashboards (CI/L1 throughput, time-to-offer, offer-to-join ratio, rejection/dropout analysis, audit readiness).

Team Mentoring:

• Coach junior recruiters; ensure readiness for walk-ins/drive-based hiring; promote candidate experience excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10-15 years in Talent Acquisition with significant exposure to IT hiring (volume and niche).

• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Familiarity with ATS/HR systems; ability to operate in fast-paced environments.

• Proven experience orchestrating agency/RPO partners and driving exact-match profile inflow.

Education

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.

Governance & Compliance

• Adherence to TA SOP 2024 and Lateral Hiring SOP (BGV, documentation, offer approvals, exceptions).

Performance Measures

• Time-to-offer; offer-to-join ratio; CI/L1 throughput; audit readiness and zero valid escalations.

About the Role

We are hiring Manager - Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment for an IT Services organization supporting multiple technologies, clients, and delivery timelines. This role is critical in driving hiring strategy, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring timely closures in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Hiring Strategy & Delivery
• Own end-to-end hiring for IT services roles across technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, QA, ERP, DevOps, and Full Stack.
• Drive lateral and volume hiring aligned to client ramp-ups, new wins, and project demands.
• Create and execute hiring plans considering market availability, timelines, and cost constraints.
• Ensure consistent delivery against time-to-hire, quality, and joining targets.

Stakeholder Management
• Partner with delivery heads, account managers, and business leaders to understand demand and forecast hiring needs.
• Provide market intelligence and set realistic expectations on feasibility and timelines.
• Manage client interviews, feedback cycles, and offer closures seamlessly.

Team Leadership
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters; ensure productivity, motivation, and capability building.
• Track recruiter performance through KPIs such as closures, pipeline strength, joining ratio, and aging.
• Build a high-ownership, performance-driven recruitment culture.

Sourcing & Talent Pipelines
• Build strong pipelines through job portals (Naukri), referrals, LinkedIn sourcing, vendors, and direct search.
• Drive niche and hard-to-close requirements using creative sourcing strategies.
• Improve offer acceptance through candidate engagement and employer branding initiatives.

Process, Metrics & Governance
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, audits, and documentation.
• Optimize ATS usage and maintain accurate hiring data and dashboards.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and present insights to leadership regularly.

Vendor & Cost Management
• Manage recruitment vendors and consultants, monitor performance and cost effectiveness.
• Negotiate commercials and ensure quality submissions and closures.

Must-Have Skills & Experience
• 10-15 years of experience in IT Services / Consulting recruitment
• Strong exposure to technology hiring and client-driven requirements
• Proven experience in managing high-volume and niche hiring
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership, planning, and execution abilities

Preferred Qualifications
• MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
• Experience handling multiple accounts or delivery units
• Exposure to hiring under tight SLAs and ramp-up models
