Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to design, test and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications which needs to be deployed at a client end and ensure its meet 100% quality assurance parameters

• Years of years of experience: 5 to 9 yrs
• Location Preference - Bangalore
• Full life cycle end to end recruiting
• Skill expertise: Sales Force , Oracle, SAP, Digital Skills etc
• Sources used - low cost - Naukri, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, ER, internal database and other 0 cost channels.
• ATS worked - Success Factor will be preferred
• Experience in handling large volumes and niche skills
• Experience in Excel daily reporting / Reports preparation
• Good stake holder management
• Soft skills: Good communication skills, attitude & good data management skills
• Partnering with hiring Managers to understand their teams' hiring needs and team dynamics.
• Identify, engage and secure top hardworking candidates (both passive and active).
• Develop sourcing strategies and research methods that are successful in attracting viable candidates for each specific requisition
• Be the search expert for functional areas by understanding functional hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements
• Work proactively to move candidates through the interview process as smoothly and quickly as possible
• Negotiate potential offers and successfully close candidates
• Provide excellent customer service to our hiring teams and ensure a seamless candidate experience for all potential candidates.

Mandatory Skills: Salesforce Platform Development .
