Skill: QET Architect / Transformation Architect
Transformation Consultant for QET (C1/C2)
- 10 years of experience in Quality Engineering and Testing, including manual, automation, non-functional, and digital testing.
- Proven track record in handling large QET programs and driving Quality engineering transformation across customers
- Expertise in various open source and automation tools(Selenium(Java/C#/Python) AI), (Playwright MCP), AI/ML validation skills and explainability, Synthetic data generation and continuous testing, GENAI and AI technologies
- Hands on with AI tools like GitHub Copilot and NLP-based test automation. Exposure to build Agentic AI solution
- Minimum 5 years of hands on experience in test automation for functional, API testing, Nonfunctional testing
- Experience in shaping and driving E2E solutioning for testing large deals (>5Mn USD annual revenue)
- Know-how of domains like Banking, Retail, Healthcare, Telecom
- Minimum 5 years of Presales/End-to-End Solution experience, testing specific

- Exposer to working with senior VP level stakeholders in customer organization and internally

- Excellent understanding of market trends, technical solutions and automation tools
- Connects with analysts and tool vendors is an added advantage
- Should be self-motivated and work as an individual contributor and ready for travel
