ReactJS - Phython Flask / FastAPI Developer

Location: Offshore - Preferably - Bangalore/Hyderabad.

Experience - 8 to 10 years.

Brief Description: Looking for skilled ReactJS Developer with Python Flask or FastAPI developer to join our innovative team. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications that combine responsive React frontends with robust Python backends (using either Flask or FastAPI). This role requires a commitment to collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design, and quality products.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong working experience in ReactJS or Node JS.
• Strong working experience with Python Flask or FastAPI
• Develop, Design, build, and optimize efficient, reusable, and reliable user-friendly web applications using React.js for the frontend and Python code for server-side logic using Flask or FastAPI and dynamic, Version control software exposure Git, SVN, Clear case, PVCS
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to define, design, and ship new features Working experience in Apache, Tomcat, WebLogic, Web Sphere, Reactive, Spring
• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment.
• Strong communication, presentation and team-building skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment
• Experience in implementing caching solutions
• Experience in projects managed in accordance with AGILE (SCRUM) methodology
• Knowledge on writing Unit test cases and carrying out Unit testing using Junit
• Should have understanding and experience of software development best practices/clean coding practices/clean coding practices
• Attention to detail and commitment to high quality/error free deliverable
• Lead the team to come up with High-level solution design in response to RFPs and be an expert in sizing the project and estimating the effort
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills leveraging all available resources
• Ability to connect technology with measurable business value

• Must ensure teams follow the correct procedures, policies, and documentation requirements across project phases
• Complete the assigned task with error free code
• On time delivery as accepted during every sprint planning

• Communicate with client teams and discuss the requirements in detail
• A background of working with development best practices.
• A willingness to be flexible in responding to issues as they occur and the ability to identify product/deployment improvements to mitigate future occurrences.
• Self-motivated, Strong communication and team-building skills
• Work iteratively in a team with continuous collaboration.
• Interview candidates when needed and help in the recruitment process
