Role Summary
We are seeking a polished, articulate leader who can structure ambiguous client situations into actionable programs, own delivery outcomes, and design stitched solutions that bring together process, platforms, data, and AI to unlock measurable productivity and business value. You will stand up and scale Tech PODs (cross functional teams) and lead the full transformation lifecycle-from discovery and business case to MVPs, scaled rollout, and value realization-across Consumer (CPG/Retail) and/or Healthcare (Provider/Payer/MedTech) clients. The ideal hire blends the craft of a Business Analyst with the rigor of a Program Manager and the creativity of a Solution Architect, and stays current on Agentic AI patterns and enterprise adoption approaches.What You'll Do

1) Client Problem Solving & Solutioning
• Structure complex problems into clear hypotheses, options, and end to end Target Operating Models (people, process, data, tech).
• Lead design of stitched solutions that integrate process changes, platform capabilities (e.g., Dynamics, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Genesys), analytics, and AI/automation to deliver step change outcomes.
• Build compelling business cases (benefits, cost, TCO/ROI/NPV), assumptions, and sensitivity analyses; present storylines and "so what" to executive stakeholders (COO/CIO/CMO).
• Orchestrate pursuit solutioning for RFPs/orals, co creating differentiated narratives and outcome based commercials.
2) Delivery Leadership & Tech PODs
• Stand up Tech PODs (Product Owner, Delivery Lead, Process SME, Platform Engineer, Data/AI Engineer, QA) and run backlog, velocity, SLOs, and value milestones.
• Drive program management: OKRs, RAID, stage gates, change management, comms, and stakeholder governance (SteerCos/QBRs).
• Champion value realization: baseline KPIs, benefits tracking, adoption metrics, and playbooks to lock in gains.
3) BPS & Operations Transformation
• Reimagine and transition BPS operations (e.g., contact center, order management, device tracking, claims/complaints, revenue cycle, supply chain) with controls for quality, compliance, and resilience.
• Introduce automation (IDP/RPA), knowledge management, and journey instrumentation; move to managed services/outcome based models where appropriate.
4) Data, AI & Agentic Patterns
• Apply Agentic AI patterns (agent assist, autonomous task chaining, knowledge grounded workflows) using enterprise platforms and controls; prototype, prove value, and industrialize responsibly.
• Partner with platform teams on Copilot based solutions, prompt patterns, guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and telemetry to ensure safe scale up.
What You'll Bring
Core Experience
• Transformation delivery & program management for multi tower initiatives that span BPS Digital/AI.
• Solutioning leadership for complex pursuits: discovery, blueprinting, estimation, pricing, and orals.
• Tech PODs build out and governance experience in agile/flow environments.
• Consumer and/or Healthcare domain depth-familiarity with operating models, common platforms, KPIs, and compliance contexts (e.g., for MedTech/Provider, a plus).
• Demonstrated ability to go deep as an analyst: current state mapping, root cause, requirements/user stories, acceptance criteria, data lineage, and process controls.
Technology & Methods
• Hands on with one or more enterprise platforms (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Genesys), plus exposure to cloud data/ML stacks.
• Working knowledge of Agentic AI concepts (multi agent orchestration, grounding, tools/actions, evaluation); hands on POCs or deployments are a strong plus.
• Methods: Agile/Lean, design thinking, value engineering, process mining/IDP, and change management.
Soft Skills & Behaviors
• Polished executive presence and articulation-clear, concise storytelling in C suite forums.
• Business analyst mindset with structured thinking, quantitative comfort, and attention to detail.
• Collaborative leadership that coaches PODs, uplifts teams, and builds a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
Education & Certifications (Preferred)
• Bachelor's in Business/Engineering; MBA or Master's a plus.
• Relevant credentials: PMP/PRINCE2, SAFe/Agile, Lean Six Sigma (GB/BB), IIBA CBAP/AAC, and platform certifications.
- Success Measures (12-18 months)
• Value realized vs. case (cost to serve, cycle time, first time right, yield).
• Adoption & experience (NPS/CSAT, employee adoption, change KPIs).
• Automation & AI leverage (coverage, benefit/case deltas, model/use case uptime & guardrail adherence).
• Delivery health (velocity, on time releases, SLA/SLO attainment, risk burn down).
• Commercial outcomes (renewals, expansions, margins) appropriate to the band.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
