Position: BIM Sr. Modeler

Wipro Band: B1

Shift: Rotational Shift

Qualification:

• Graduate in Civil, Architecture, Planning

Experience: 3-4 Years experience

Must Have Skills:

• Hands-on experience with BIM software like Revite, Sckechup, mainly worked in resident building, Warehouse BIM modeling, should have worked on US,/UK project.

Good to have skills:

• Good BIM technical skills

Trainable skills:

• Autodesk Revit, Skechup, Naviswork

Responsibilities:

• BIM team handling and Induvial contributor, Work from office.
• Create highly detailed 3D models, Develop models up to required LOD levels (LOD 300-500).
• Ensure all models follow BIM standards, templates, naming conventions, and QA/QC guidelines, clash detection and fix issues before submission.
• Create families, parametric components, and custom elements as per project needs.
• Work closely with designers, engineers, and BIM coordinators

Delivery Location: Hyderabad (WFO)

Mandatory Skills: Geographic Information Systems(Maps) .
