Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to understand the customer needs and develop specific products to solve their problems and support delivery managers in client servicing

Skilled in strategic planning and implementation of cloud-based solutions, ensuring seamless adoption and alignment with business goals • Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and related services • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery • Proven experience in deploying and managing Microsoft 365 environments in medium to large organizations • Expertise in designing and implementing change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new tools and processes • Knowledge of security protocols, data protection regulations, and compliance standards relevant to Microsoft 365 • Understanding of cloud-based infrastructure and services, including Azure and its integration with Microsoft 365 • Awareness of emerging trends in digital collaboration, productivity tools, and enterprise IT solution • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels • Experience leading cross-functional teams and working in a collaborative environment
