Technical Experience & Qualifications
• Strong background in selling or delivering Silicon/VLSI and Hardware Engineering, including:
o Pre- to Post Silicon lifecycle: RTL, DFT, Verification, Validation
o Complex architectures across SoC, GPU, TPU, Modem, Microprocessors, Analog/Mixed Signal
• Experience with Embedded Systems Engineering:
o Firmware, BSP, Embedded C/C , Edge AI, DSP, RTOS, performance optimization
o FPGA based prototyping and system bring up
o Familiarity with EDA workflows and toolchains: Synopsys, Cadence, Mentor/Siemens
• Engineering exposure across:
o PCB/Electrical Design, Platform Software, driver stack development, AI/ML acceleration platforms
o Robotics, Wearables (Smart Glasses, AR/VR and spatial computing), Consumer Electronics
• Understanding of modern compute and AI ecosystems:
o Data center architectures
o AI/ML training and inference hardware
o Advanced packaging, Chiplets, HBM, custom silicon

Primary Responsibilities:
• Build trusted advisor status with C-Suite and Engineering leaders - VPs Directors, Silicon Architecture leads, and AI/Compute and Platform engineering.
• Navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems across Hardware, Silicon, AI/ML, Product, and Operations teams
• Proven ability to sell engineering services to Hi Tech organizations: Semiconductor, AI and Hyperscalers
• Experience scaling global engineering delivery models, labs, and ODCs.
• Candidates from Pre-Sales, Architecture, or Delivery roles looking to transition into Sales will also be considered.
