Job Description:

Product Designer

Experience in UX/Product Design with enterprise B2B/SaaS exposure; experience in networking or adjacent technical domains strongly preferred.

 Proven track record owning end-to-end product design across multiple complex products or platforms.

 Demonstrated leadership (mentoring, team lead, or driving design practices).

Lead product discovery and UX strategy for multiple enterprise products/platforms.

 Plan & conduct research (interviews, task analysis, usability testing), synthesize insights into personas, journeys, and IA.

 Define and evolve design systems and documentation standards; scale consistent, accessible UI across apps.

 Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI; validate via iterative testing.

 Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, PM, BA, Engineering to align business goals, technical constraints, and user outcomes.

Mandatory Skills: Product Management Consulting .

Experience: 5-8 Years .

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
