We are seeking an experienced Digital Adoption Lead to drive the end-to-end delivery of in-app guidance at scale using WalkMe. You will lead discovery, design governance, build oversight, testing, and adoption optimisation for a large-scale SuccessFactors implementation. SuccessFactors knowledge is not mandatory, but familiarity with HR processes is beneficial. The role blends product leadership, stakeholder management, and data-driven optimisation to deliver measurable adoption outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the DAP workstream across discovery, solution design, build, test, release, and optimisation cycles
  • Run discovery to map user journeys, identify friction points, and prioritise high-value use cases and audiences
  • Define guidance strategy and standards for Walk-Thrus, SmartTips, ShoutOuts, Launchers, Resources, and automation
  • Shape personalisation and targeting using robust segmentation, triggers, and rules aligned to user roles and lifecycle moments
  • Lead a small pod of builders/testers, allocate backlog, review builds, and ensure consistency with design standards
  • Integrate with programme governance across OCM, Training, Functional, and Security teams to ensure one coherent change experience
  • Oversee QA and UAT for DAP assets, including cross-browser checks, performance, accessibility, and data privacy considerations
  • Plan phased releases and A/B tests, coordinate cutover activities, and manage hypercare with clear triage paths
  • Measure impact using analytics, set KPIs and OKRs, and iterate designs to improve completion rates and reduce support tickets
  • Establish content lifecycle management with inventory, versioning, retirement, and maintenance routines
  • Provide stakeholder updates with concise status, risks, decisions, and benefits realisation tracking
  • Contribute to estimation and staffing, vendor coordination, and, when needed, pre-sales or PoV support

Required Skills

  • Proven experience leading DAP implementations with WalkMe in complex enterprise environments
  • Strong command of segmentation, rules, events, and goals in WalkMe, with hands-on fluency in Builder and Content Manager
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear user journeys and in-app guidance that reduces friction
  • Proficiency in usability testing and structured QA practices across browsers and profiles
  • Analytics-driven mindset with the ability to define KPIs, interpret usage data, and drive iterative improvements
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills in a global delivery model

Preferred Skills
  • End-to-end experience setting up governance, standards, and operating models for DAP programmes
  • Exposure to SuccessFactors processes or other HCM/ERP applications
  • Understanding of change management and user training strategies, with an ability to align DAP with comms and learning plans
  • Familiarity with accessibility practices, privacy, and security considerations for in-app solutions
  • Experience with agile tooling and rituals, and with A/B testing or experiment-led optimisation
  • Awareness of adjacent DAPs such as Whatfix, plus integration patterns with help hubs, LMS/LXP, or knowledge bases
  • Working knowledge of web technologies for troubleshooting in the browser context (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript inspection)
