We are seeking a knowledgeable and analytical Power System Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in power systems and a strong understanding of data analysis to support business decisions and drive improvements in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards that provide insights into system performance and business operations.
  • Analyse power system operations and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements related to power systems.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to enhance the reliability and efficiency of power systems.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on business operations and compliance.
  • Provide technical expertise and support in the evaluation and selection of power system technologies and solutions.
  • Prepare and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.

No. Performance Parameter Measure 1. Customer Engagement and Delivery Management PCSAT, utilization % achievement, no. of leads generated from the business interaction, no. of errors/ gaps in documenting customer requirements, feedback from project manager, process flow diagrams (quality and timeliness), % of deal solutioning completed within timeline, velocity generated. 2. Knowledge Management No. of whitepapers/ research papers written, no. of user stories created, % of proposal documentation completed and uploaded into knowledge repository, No of reusable components developed for proposal during quarter
