- Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI.
- Track KPIs, operational metrics, and risk-related data.
- Ensure timely re-fresh and accuracy of reports for decision-making
- Define and analyze enhancements and assist in redesigning business processes and process automation
- Driving automation and reporting improvements service to enhance operational efficiency.
- Configure SLA reports as agreed with customers.
- Ensures high quality and accurate reporting for boards and committees in line with set timescales.
- Publish MIS and conduct meetings periodically with WMG Heads, Practice Heads and TA Leadership to update them on progress, risks & issues and seek help if necessary
- Good analytical skills for MIS, number crunching & reporting to internal & external customers
- Strong communication skills -- both verbal and written, collaboration skills and organizational skills
- Reporting Tools- Experience with SSIS, SSRS, Power BI, or any other reporting tool
