Power Apps Development

• Design and develop Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Custom Pages using Dataverse & SharePoint as data sources.

• Implement responsive UI/UX, role-based security, data validations, and reusable components.
• Build complex formulas, data connectors, and component-based architecture.

Power Automate (Flow)

• Create automated, scheduled, instant and cloud flows for business process automation.

• Develop integrations with third-party systems using Premium Connectors, API calls, and webhooks.
• Optimize flows for reliability, error-handling, retry policies, and logging.

Power BI

• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI Desktop & Power BI Service.

• Connect Power BI with Dataverse, SQL, SharePoint, and other APIs.
• Implement row-level security (RLS), DAX measures, and self-service analytics.

SharePoint & Dataverse Integration

• Design solutions integrating SharePoint lists/libraries with Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Manage Dataverse tables, relationships, views, and business rules.
• Work with SharePoint permissions, REST APIs, and governance best practices.

API & Integration

• Develop and consume REST APIs, JSON payloads, and custom connectors in Power Platform.

• Integrate Power Apps/Flows with enterprise systems (ERP/HRMS/CRM, etc.).
• Work closely with backend teams to ensure secure, scalable data exchange.

Governance, Security & Lifecycle Management

• Follow ALM practices using Solutions, Environment strategies, and Application lifecycle.

• Participate in code review, version control, and deployment pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred).
• Ensure compliance with organizational security and data governance policies.

Add-on Skills (Preferred)

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and generative AI use cases.

• Experience building web parts or extensions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
• Familiarity with PowerShell, Azure Functions, or Logic Apps is beneficial.

Required Skills & Competencies

• 4 years experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI.

• Strong understanding of Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and relational data concepts.
• Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, OData, and authentication methods (OAuth, Azure AD).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with business stakeholders.
