Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop Pega Smart Dispute components including STP flows, fraud workflows, and guided processing screens.
• Implement business rules and decisioning logic
• Integrate Pega applications with external systems (e.g., Visa VROL, Mastercard MCOM).
• Collaborate with LSA and BA teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (Reg E, Reg Z, Section 75, C-86).
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Conduct unit testing and support QA/UAT phases.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot post-deployment issue
