Wipro are looking for a Payments Test Manager to work in Chester, the payments Test Manager will drive the success of the test effort and will coordinate with all partner team activities as they relate to the goal of defining the test plan holding frequent design, development, execution, and review/remediation checkpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Own test strategy, plans, environments and data
• Lead SIT, UAT, regression and E2E testing across systems
• Manage defects and drive resolution
• Report on test progress, risks and release readiness
• Support UAT and ensure consistent standards across services
• Drive the success of the test effort, coordinating with application teams and other partners.
• Coordinate all partner team activities as they relate to the goal of defining the test plan. Holding frequent design, development, execution, and review/remediation checkpoints.
• Identify risks and issues. Communicate same, proactively offering responses.
• Collaborate. Express ideas and solutions, solicit feedback, work to implement the best ideas.

Required Experience & Skills

• Testing methodologies for both large individual applications, and complex cross-application flows. Binding together to create comprehensive End to End Test Plans.
• Understanding of application designs and patterns, software development processes, implementation readiness, and maintenance as it relates to testability.
• Ability to conceptualize variance in process and scenarios, for example production parallel testing, staged or ramped up implementations and data migrations.
• Data/Test Case Definition, Creation and Automation. Managing test environments.
• Experience with SDLC / SW development processes (SAFe Agile).
• Ability to learn and adapt. Apply experience to new situations Should have experience in managing 4 to 5 scrums teams test deliverables
• Clear status reporting to senior stake holders.
• Should thoroughly manage cross team dependencies and plan the test execution cycles.
• API Testing, Automation framework development and enhancement,
• Core Java, Selenium, Spring Boot, hands on experience
• Cucumber BDD Framework
• SQL
• Defect Management
• Tools like Octane, MQ, Postman, RAFT, GIT CLI commands, Jira, confluence experience like
• ISO 200222 MX Messages - camt, pacs, pain testing expertise
• SWIT MT Messages - MT101, MT103, MT202, MT900, MT910 etc..
• Real Time Payments, CHAPS
