Background
The Supply Chain & Operations Consulting practice is part of Wipro's Consulting organisation and covers business consulting / business transformation across the operational supply chain. Specific elements in this are as follows
• Supply chain (sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, logistics & distribution)
• Portfolio (product development, product life-cycle management, portfolio segmentation)
• Customer (order management, customer segmentation, customer pricing & profitability)
Through application of innovative data-driven insights and rapid prototyping we are enabling Clients to improve operations and associated business performance. Some example results of our engagements include
