Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

Primary Skills:

• Expert in Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud functionality, ability to guide solutioning team and act a bridge between stakeholders and OLC team.
• Prior experience working in Oracle Fusion HCM - solutioning and proven experience leading full OLC implementations from start to finish.

Product Expertise:

Deep OLC Knowledge: Expert in Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud functionality, ability to guide solutioning team and act a bridge between stakeholders and OLC team.

Oracle HCM Fusion knowledge: Prior experience working in Oracle Fusion HCM - solutioning.

Implementation Lifecycle: Proven experience leading full OLC implementations from start to finish.

Management & Soft Skills:

Stakeholder Management: Excellent client-facing communication (verbal/written) to build trust, set expectations, and articulate product details to non-technical US stakeholders.

Project Leadership: Proactive issue identification, risk mitigation, and clear status reporting.

Cross-Cultural Coordination: Proven success in bridging gaps and coordinating seamlessly between US stakeholders and offshore (India) team.

Supporting Change Management:

Change Management: Ability to understand the process steps leading to successful go-live and prior experience in mitigating resistance from stakeholders through collaboration.

Mandatory Skills: Oracle Fusion Apps - HCM .

Experience: 8-10 Years .

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
