Oracle Cloud Finance Techno Functional Consultant
Primary Skills:
- 7 years of relevant experience implementing Oracle Cloud Financial.
- Background in Finance with exposure to A2R, R2R, O2C Finance Process.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution delivery for Finance (R2R, O2C, ATR) by integrating enterprise and business-unit requirements (LP, GTM, GDS, USUI) and partnering with Client Finance stakeholders.
- Provide functional product expertise and operational support across Oracle Cloud Financial modules (GL, AR, Cash Management, FA, PPM).
- Drive system solution design that addresses needs of business, solution delivery, and operations; document systems, integrations, and interdependencies via functional-technical specifications.
- Champion continuous improvement by identifying process optimizations in Finance and executing iterative system enhancements.
- Engage Business SMEs to elicit, clarify, and translate business and system requirements into actionable specifications and test artifacts.
- Apply cross-functional process knowledge, identify fit-gaps, and propose viable remediation strategies.
- Oversee and solve complex issues within the application portfolio, selecting the most effective course of action in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate change management activities that enable adoption of new designs; facilitate cross-functional meetings and presentations at multiple management levels.
- Collaborate across disciplines (integration, data, security, applications, reporting) and align solutions with architectural standards and operational considerations.
- Assure quality by developing test plans and scenarios and providing expertise in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm requirements are met.
- Support data activities, review data extracts and access pathways for ERP Data Conversion, Master Data Management, Reporting & Analytics; validate profiling, cleansing, and data quality.
- Partner effectively with business teams and System Integrators (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture), and work with software partners (Oracle, Maximo) to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Cross Functional Relationship: Business SMEs across Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Asset/Work Management (AWM); cross-functional technology teams spanning integration, data, security, applications, and reporting.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Required
- Background in Finance with exposure to A2R, R2R, O2C Finance Process
- Related university degree (e.g., Computer Engineering, MBA, or equivalent).
- 7 years of relevant experience implementing Oracle Cloud Financial.
- Experience implementing software modules including requirements definition and testing.
- Technical skills in SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and transformation.
- Understanding pf Oracle PAAS technology components including solid experience building OTBI and BI Reports.
- Advanced communication skills demonstrated in project meetings, technical reviews with developers and SMEs, and facilitation of group training sessions.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced program environment.
Mandatory Skills: Oracle Financials Cloud - General Ledger .
Experience: 8-10 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
