Role Overview
The Network Operations Engineer - PSNOPS is responsible for delivering end-to-end network operations and infrastructure support for Wipro in the Puget Sound region. This role combines hands-on technical execution with operational coordination to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Deliver operational support for WAN, LAN, and WLAN network environments in an enterprise campus setting.
- Support project deployments, technology refreshes, and network lifecycle activities.
- Provide onsite and remote support for incidents, service requests, and scheduled maintenance.
- Perform rack & stack, cabling, patching, and device provisioning in corporate cable rooms.
- Conduct network and cable room audits, ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Support office relocations, refurbishments, and emergency response activities.
- Identify technical and security issues and escalate risks appropriately.
- Manage hardware lifecycle activities, including decommissioning and end-of-life equipment handling.
- Collaborate with Wipro delivery leads, Microsoft stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to meet SLAs and operational goals.

Experience: 3-5 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $121,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
