Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Network Change Manager to manage and govern end-to-end change processes within an enterprise network environment. The role involves driving change management practices, chairing CAB meetings, and ensuring seamless coordination across stakeholders while maintaining service stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end change management lifecycle for network-related changes

• Chair CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings and ensure effective decision-making

• Review, assess, and approve change requests based on risk, impact, and urgency

• Ensure adherence to ITIL change management processes and governance

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including network, operations, and business stakeholders

• Maintain change calendar, documentation, and audit readiness

• Drive post-implementation reviews (PIR) and ensure closure of actions

• Identify and mitigate risks to service availability and performance

• Provide regular status updates and reporting to stakeholders

• Utilize tools like Jira / ITSM platforms for tracking, reporting, and workflow management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• ITIL Certification (mandatory)

• Proven experience in Change Management, including CAB facilitation

• Hands-on experience with Jira or similar ticketing/ITSM tools

• Strong understanding of Service Management frameworks

• Experience in Stakeholder Management and cross-team coordination

• Basic knowledge of Enterprise Networking (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, routing, etc.)

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in telecom or large-scale enterprise network environments

• Exposure to tools like ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
