Job Description:

Microsoft Power Apps

1. Strong hands-on experience in the Process Automation domain, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Digital Process Automation (DPA), with proficiency in designing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions.
2. Solid foundation in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning/Deep Learning, with experience in integrating AI-driven automation processes and leveraging predictive models to enhance automation workflows.
3. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Automate, Power Apps (canvas and model-driven apps), Power Pages, Copilot, Power Platform Admin and Power BI, with a strong ability to develop automated workflows, create custom business applications, and utilize data analytics for performance insights.
4. Develop new automation solutions or enhance existing ones in response to changing business requirements, ensuring solutions remain aligned with strategic goals
5. Proficient in programming and scripting languages (e.g. C#, JavaScript) to enhance or develop automation solutions and improve existing workflows
6. Good hands-on experience with MSSQL database - DML & DDL operations, stored procedures, triggers, etc.
7. Experience with integration technologies (APIs, REST), and developer tools (Git, Azure DevOps)
8. Knowledge of integrating automation solutions with enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM) and managing workflows across multiple systems to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.
9. Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues, ensuring smooth and continuous operations with minimal disruption.
10. Provide L2 & L3 support for automation solutions in production, ensuring high availability and operational continuity
11. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to live automation use-cases promptly to minimize downtime and business impact in line with SLAs in place
12. Expertise in monitoring automation performance and identifying opportunities to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and scale solutions effectively.
13. Ability to create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical configurations, support procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), to ensure knowledge transfer and operational compliance.
14. Perform regular maintenance of automation solutions, including updates, patches, and improvements, to prevent issues and improve long-term stability
15. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with IT teams, business stakeholders, and end-users to understand requirements, resolve issues, and deliver optimized automation solutions
