Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to provide significant technical expertise in architecture planning and design of the concerned tower (platform, database, middleware, backup etc) as well as managing its day-to-day operations

Skill: Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) Lead

Location: Bangalore/Pune/Hyderabad

Experience: 6 yrs

Mandatory Skills: MECM OSD

JD:8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure , specifically in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
Server-side Troubleshooting/Workflow for legacy packages
MECM infrastructure & Windows OS in large enterprise environment
Experience in managing infrastructure - Windows OS, SQL Database
Patching MS Updates/Troubleshooting Region Wise, WSUS Synchronisation.
Setting Up and Managing Multi Site/Level hierarchy (complex env)
SQL/DRS replication, OSD Task Sequence
L3 or above support exp
Level 300 or above knowledge level
Strong interpersonal skills & good customer service skills.
CCM Client installation workflow & troubleshooting server logs and client logs.
Enthusiasm for new technologies and change

Mandatory Skills: MS System Center Configuration Manager .
