Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to provide solutions and bridge the gap between technology and business know-how to deliver any client solution

Micro Focus tools (Enterprise Developer, AccuRev, Enterprise Analyzer) hosted on AWS. Troubleshoot complex user issues, manage MF environments, support modernization workflows, and collaborate across development, infrastructure, and mainframe teams, Morning Shift.
Key Responsibilities

Provide L3 support for Enterprise Developer, AccuRev, and Micro Focus toolchains.
Troubleshoot IDE errors, build/compilation failures, AccuRev stream/workspace issues, environment setup, connectivity, and performance problems.
Analyze logs, identify root causes, and guide users on best practices.
Install, configure, and maintain Micro Focus environments; support patches and upgrades.
Deploy and configure Enterprise Analyzer for code analysis and modernization.
Perform local CICS admin tasks and support COBOL/JCL/mainframe workflows.
Support DB2 (z/OS & Windows) connectivity, housekeeping, and optimization.
Maintain Jenkins pipelines for MF-based builds; support secure web service integrations (TLS/certificates).
