Mechanical Designer
We are looking for a Mechanical Designer with strong hands-on experience in mechanical, piping, and structural scopes of work for Hyperscale Data Centre Modules. The role involves creating detailed engineering deliverables, layout drawings, structural/weldment details, and supporting multi-disciplinary interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for producing high-quality design and detailing outputs, including (but not limited to):
- Layouts / General Arrangement (GA) drawings and interface drawings
- Structural GA drawings, weld details/notes, and structural connection detail drawings
- Weight reports / Centre of Gravity (COG) reports
- Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
Mandatory Skills (Must-Have)
- SolidWorks project experience and Weldments (Process) assembly knowledge - mandatory
- Strong exposure to Autodesk AutoCAD
Tooling / Working Knowledge (Good to Have / Expected)
- Operational knowledge / exposure to:
- Autodesk Revit
- Autodesk BIM 360
- General knowledge of relevant industry standards
Mandatory Skills: CADTools .
Experience: 5-8 Years .
