Job Description
- 15 years of experience in Mainframes including 4 years of experience in Legacy Migration/Modernization
- Modernization Strategic Define end-to-end modernization blueprints from mainframe platform using GenAI-Powered automation.
- Influence client C-Suite stakeholders by articulating the business value of mainframe transformation, Marget intelligence and GTM(Go-To-Market)
- Must have worked on end-to-end mainframe application to Cloud (rehosting, re-platforming and refactoring) including application assessment, analysis, application migration, data migration, security and ecosystem migration, carrying out various phases of testing and deployment
- Must have experience in AWS migration and Micro Focus (Rocket)
- Must have experience in multiple databases including DB2, IMS and VSAM
- Must be able to design solutions to handle any criticalities during migration
- Must have good communication skills, must be able to create presentations and present solutions to the client or concerned teams
- Must be able to drive POC and migration independently and guide the team members
- Knowledge of assembler is preferred
- Knowledge of various modernization tools and vendor offerings like AWS Transforms, G4, CAST, IBM ADDI, Cloud Frame, TSRI etc. is preferred
- Experience in AWS Cloud is preferredMust be willing to travel as and when needed
