• Minimum 10-12 years of total experience working in IBM Mainframe, COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, Web Services
• Identifying areas where efficiencies could be improved, through the detailed analysis and diagnosis of re-occurring platform and service incidents
• Lead and manage the technical solution building exercises and propose solutions
• Lead and manage in building environments for testing and deployment of code/projects
• Review unit test results of the software units developed prior to system testing.
• Strong working experience and understanding of SDLC Processes (Preferably SCRUM, Kanban)
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication & presentation skills with a proven ability to influence and work in a challenging environment.
• Having prior experience with FIS Connex development would be an added advantage.

No Performance Parameter Measure 1 Process No. of cases resolved per day, compliance to process and quality standards, meeting process level SLAs, Pulse score, Customer feedback, NSAT/ ESAT 2 Team Management Productivity, efficiency, absenteeism 3 Capability development Triages completed, Technical Test performance
