Do

- Work experience of Accounts Payable/Procure to Pay
- Knowledge on GST, IGST, CGST, TDS, VAT
- Invoice Processing/Invoice audit/vendor payments experience must
- SAP end user experience in FI Module for Financial accounting is must.
- Advanced Excel, PPT, MIS report and other analytical reporting knowledge & experience is an added advantage.
- Knowledge about different kind of payment methods and payment term.
- PO and non PO invoices handling.
- Open for any shift and
- Location : Bangalore (Work from Office only)

Role -Location engineer

• Should be MCA/BCA/ Diploma in IT/B.E.

• Provide support, maintenance, capacity planning etc. for all of these (including hardware and software Microsoft operating system for workstations/ laptops, Mac laptops other portable / Lighter Laptops.

• All patches, bug fixes, latest version control etc. for all existing as well as new versions of OS for all assets like laptops, desktops, blackberry's, iPads, iPhones, Mac devices, Androids.

• Manage, Maintain and Support AV/VC infrastructure (including but not limited to PRI line, BRI line, network link etc.) proactively at all Company locations to provide a seamless meeting/ conferencing experience.

• Troubleshoot problems with Laptop Hardware (escalate to partner) and OS

• Application support - Desk side for business applications

• L1 on end user Network connectivity issues

• Skills to provide Remote support on Phone or through tool

• Support for the Critical end users

• Proactively checking all the IT assets of VIP users (frequency is once in a month)

• Support for mail client on the desktops/Laptops.

• Perform IMAC activities.

• Backup and restore user's data in case of replacement of device.

• Escalate complex problem to appropriate support specialists

• Responsible for activities relating to the evaluation, analysis, and setup of PC-based software products (e.g., word processors, spreadsheets, presentation graphics, database management systems, electronic mail, and communications).
