• Skill: Linux Admin
• Experience: Preferably 12 years
• Location: Gurgaon
• Notice period: Immediate to 60 days

• Installing, monitoring and upgrading Linux system software on company servers and computers.
  Creating and setting standardized backup and recovery policies, as well as security policies.
  Applying patches and upgrades when necessary.
  Assisting in resolution of hardware/software platform problems in complex, multi-layered environment.
  Analyzing impact of software changes across other functional units.
  Establish, implement, and record Unix Administrator best practices.
  Implementing and managing system to proactively monitor infrastructure.
  Specialty in RHEL
  Strong familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Ansible, Terraform and Puppet
  Experience with Red Hat rgmanager and/or Pacemaker clusters is a must
  Maintain responsibility for racking/deracking servers and network connections.
  Making recommendations for upgrades to hardware and software based on existing operations, pending needs and available budget.
  Familiarity with multiple information technologies that include server virtualization, cloud based infrastructure, automation, VMWare and AWS.
  Familiarity with high availability, disaster recovery, LDAP and load balancer concepts is a plus.
  Experience with troubleshooting and support Java JBoss applications is a plus.
  Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service is preferred.

Experience with hardware troubleshooting Cisco UCS
