Job Description

Primary - Cradlepoint

- Provide L2 support for Cradlepoint routers (LTE/5G edge devices)

- Troubleshoot connectivity, failover, SIM/eSIM, and signal issues

- Manage configurations via NetCloud Manager (NCM)

- Support Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP) and device onboarding

- Diagnose WAN issues involving cellular, broadband, and hybrid WAN

- Monitor and resolve performance issues (latency, jitter, packet loss)

- Coordinate with carriers for cellular service escalations

Secondary - Cisco

- Support routing & switching environments (Catalyst, ISR/ASR platforms)

- Troubleshoot VLANs, trunking, STP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP (basic), ACLs, NAT

- Assist with Meraki environments (Dashboard monitoring, troubleshooting)

- Perform basic firewall troubleshooting (ASA/Meraki MX)

Tertiary - Juniper

- Support Juniper SRX firewalls and EX switches

- Perform basic troubleshooting using JunOS CLI

- Assist with security policies, NAT, and log analysis

Operational Responsibilities

- Handle L2 incident tickets (P1-P4) within SLA targets

- Participate in Major Incident bridge calls

- Perform triage and escalate to L3/vendor support

- Execute standard changes and maintain documentation

- Support problem management and RCA efforts

Required Skills

- Cradlepoint NetCloud, LTE/5G networking

- TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs (IPSec/GRE)

- WAN technologies (MPLS, broadband, cellular failover)

- Cisco IOS / Meraki Dashboard

- Juniper JunOS

- ITSM tools (ServiceNow)

Experience

- 3-6 years in Network Operations / NOC / MSP

- Multi-site enterprise support experience

- Telecom/carrier coordination experience

Certifications (Preferred)

- Cradlepoint certification

- Cisco CCNA

- Juniper JNCIA

Soft Skills

- Strong troubleshooting and communication

- Ability to work in high-pressure environments

- Team collaboration

KPIs

- SLA adherence

- MTTR and resolution rate

- Ticket quality

- Customer satisfaction

Mandatory Skills: Network Data Admin .

Experience: 5-8 Years .

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
