IT Service Operations Lead

Davidson, NC (Onsite)

Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 support for end-user devices including computers, tablets, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and peripherals
  • Manage hardware lifecycle activities and asset management processes
  • Support and lead minor and major incident resolution efforts
  • Partner with IT teams on projects, deployments, and technology upgrades
  • Fulfil hardware and software requests in alignment with service standards
  • Deliver user training related to IT devices and processes
  • Drive continuous improvement through lean thinking and operational best practices
  • Coach and support IT Service Operations Specialists
  • Participate in root cause analysis, solution design, and SME activities
  • Lead deployments, upgrades, and data collection initiatives
  • Create, maintain, and adhere to standard work documentation


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Associate degree in an IT-related technical field
  • 10 years of experience providing IT technical support and troubleshooting
  • Experience with IT service management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow or equivalent)
  • Completion of foundational lean or continuous improvement training preferred


Mandatory Skills: Desktop Support .

Experience: 5-8 Years .

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
