Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to provide significant technical expertise in architecture planning and design of the concerned tower (platform, database, middleware, backup etc) as well as managing its day-to-day operations

Lead Experienced in Production Network Environment of an large Heterogeneous enterprise Network infrastructure.

• Handling Data Centre Network Operations with Business & Mission Critical applications

• Mandatory to work in 24 / 7 shifts

• Handling escalated incidents or high critical tickets

• Analyzing Risk/Impact and Participating in Major Changes

• Diagnose issues and resolve problems, identify incident patterns and drive for problem resolution.

• ITIL process including, Incident, Change, Problem management lifecycle.

Technical Skills

• Palo alto certified - Firewall L1 skills

• Hands On experience in Design, implementation and troubleshooting of F5 on LTM .

• knowledge on paloalto firewall

• knowledge on Blue coat proxy

• Installing Configurating and Troubleshooting, LAN, WAN, WLAN, DHCP enterprise network infrastructure.

• Expert experience in troubleshooting of dynamic and static routing protocols like EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, HSRP, VRRP

• Expert in switching technology with LAN and data center networking (Gigabit Ethernet, L2/L3 Switching, VLANs, STP, VTP etc.) are required.

• DNS/DHCP/NTP and experience in operational support.

• ADD on skills in scripting (python) and network automation.•

• Awareness and experience on Monitoring and management tools like SolarWinds, and Moogsoft.

Must have

• 6-10 years of core Enterprise Network experience.

Aruba Routing & Switching on Access, core and distribution layers

Wireless , Aruba

Add on

• F5 Load balancer, LTM,

• L1 firewall skills Palo-Alto/ • .

• ITIL v3/v4 Foundation certification mandatory

Mandatory Skills: Network Data Admin .

Experience: 5-8 Years .
