Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists.
Requirements:
- Good Linux skills (proper hands-on) as most of the applications runs on file system.
- Good SQL skills. Should be able to write basic SQLs using joins, sub-queries, DMLs and DDLs.
- Monitoring tools knowledge and experience in Splunk, Dynatrace.
- L2 PROD Support experience (aware of ITSM Process and tools)
- Good and confident communication skills.
- Must to have Java, DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins)
- Good to have Cloud knowledge and automation tools like Chef, Puppet/XLR
