Type of contract: Contract of employment
Location and Work Mode: Warsaw, Poland, hybrid module of work - 2 days from the office, 3 days from home
Role Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java Spring Boot.
- Implement and optimize APIs, web services, and microservices architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Ensure secure and efficient deployment using containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
- Automate configuration and deployment processes using Ansible and manage secrets with HashiCorp Vault.
- Integrate and manage messaging systems like Kafka and databases (SQL/NoSQL) such as Oracle and MongoDB.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development and production environments.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in coding standards, architecture, and best practices
Requirements
- Experience: 5-7 years in an engineering role with strong software development background.
- Proven expertise in Java Spring Boot application development.
- Hands-on experience with Python and Bash scripting.
- Familiarity with container orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
- Working knowledge of configuration management and security tools (Ansible, HashiCorp Vault).
- Experience with messaging systems (Kafka) and relational/non-relational databases (Oracle, MongoDB).
- Strong understanding of API design and microservices architecture.
Mandatory Skills
- Java Spring Boot development.
- Python and Bash scripting.
