**Scope of work will be 70% Development and 30% care (Support)

Scope:

• Developing customization solution modules and components from specifications

• Documenting and unit testing software implementations

• Supporting Test Execution & Bug Fixing

• Help troubleshooting and fixing issues related to customization implementations

• Perform Test Execution

• Care Maintenance

Technical Skills:

• Programming Languages: Java or similar languages.

• OS: RHEL or similar OS like CentOS or Rocky Linux.

• Database Technologies: PostgreSQL, or Oracle Database.

• Version Control: Experience using Git, GitHub, or Azure DevOps.

• Testing: Experience in unit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit or SOAPUI)

• DevOps / CI-CD (Optional): Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment pipelines.

Additional prerequisites:

• Can speak Chinese & English (intermediately)

• Well, trained in the internal system

2. Provide customer support and problem solving from time to time

• Perform defect fixing raised by the client or software integration team while solving the tickets raised
• Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures for the customer
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems on time & with minimum latency and maximum efficiency
• Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback for adequate resolution with customer satisfaction
• Comply with project plans and industry standards

3. Ensure reporting & documentation for the client

• Ensure weekly, monthly status reports for the clients as per requirements
• Maintain documents and create a repository of all design changes, recommendations etc
• Maintain time-sheets for the clients
• Providing written knowledge transfer/ history of the project
