Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists.

Job Description
o Extensive experience in Java (version 8 and above) code knowledge and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC).
o Strong understanding of RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
o Proficiency in JPA/Hibernate for ORM and database interaction.
o Knowledge on Angular, UI, Web pages, XML, HTML, Visual Studio, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, Node Package Manager, Angular CLI, PL SQL.

• Additional Skills:
o Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git, Maven/Gradle.
• Responsibilities:
o Design, develop, and maintain back-end services for the Manco Portal application.
o Collaborate with front-end developers and architects to ensure seamless integration.
o Optimize application performance and scalability.
o Implement secure coding practices and ensure compliance with security standards.
o Debug and troubleshoot issues across multiple layers of the application.
• Experience:
o experience in Java back-end development and in Quality Assurance (QA environment).
o Demonstrable experience in building enterprise-grade applications with complex business logic.
