Java Backend Developer - Lead

Role: Java Backend Developer

Experience: 5 to 12 years

Location; Pune

Notice Period: 0 to 30 days

JD:
Should have Strong, in-depth and hands-on knowledge & understanding of Core & Advanced Java concepts.
Deep understanding of all aspects of the application development (SDLC) and support life cycle
Strong in analysis, design, development, testing and troubleshooting solutions.
Skills in Java and Spring boot technologies.
Good practical experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ReactJS for rapid prototyping.
Should have strong object-oriented analysis & design skills
Someone who is self-driven and proactively takes ownership and solves any problem on their own.
MUST HAVE SKILLS
Java (Core & Advanced): OOPs, Collections, Exception Handling, Stream API
Frontend: Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
Database: SQL .
Version Control tools like GIT.
CI/CD: Automated pipeline creation and deployment.
Basic Knowledge of Cloud Platforms.
Design and develop scalable full stack applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS
Understanding of cloud platforms and DevOps pipelines.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and reviews.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Experience in Regulatory Compliance .
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Should have exposure to tools like GITLAB, Nexus, Maven/Gradle etc.
Exposure to building cloud native solutions using microservices and containers like docker.
Fluent in development methods, tools and techniques, systems design and architecture.
OTHER SUPPORTING SKILLS
Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working in dynamic environments with fast-paced deliveries and changing requirements.
Should be a quick learner.
Comfortable working with people from a diversity of backgrounds and cultures .
Well-developed business communication skills - both written and verbal.
Ability to naturally facilitate approach to problem solving.
