Process Implementation (ITSM/ITIL):

• 1. Design, implement, and optimize ITSM/ITIL processes (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Release Management).
  2. Align process frameworks with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
  3. Conduct process assessments and gap analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
  4. Develop documentation, SOPs, and training materials for process adoption.
  5. Define and enforce quality standards across project deliverables.
  6. Monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure service excellence.
  7. Conduct audits and reviews to ensure process adherence and continuous improvement.
  8. Collaborate with QA teams to integrate quality checks into project workflows.
  9. gile projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  10. Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.).
