Job Description:

ITIL Capacity and Availability Manager -6 to 10 Yrs - Bng, Chn, Hyd, Pune

• Capacity Reporting and Improvement Recommendations, Scaling and Upgrade Proposals, Cost Vs Capacity Analysis, Risk of Capacity Shortfall Report
Availabilty Improvement Plan, SPOF gathering and analysis, Recovery and Failover Documentation, Mean Time Metrics (MTBF and MTTR)
Identify Vital Business Functions (VBFs) and map availability to them

Shall monitor the threshold levels set for various infra areas; servers, Networks, Databases, storage, etc.
• Shall track the current usage of the capacity and the opportunity to tune the capacity
• Knowledge of vendor base, Selection of Vendor for component (Casting) development based on process involved.
• Knowledge about price negotiations
• Strong organizational, project management,Demand management capacity management and planning skills within current role, with the ability to execute efficiently and effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Can work with big databases and is comfortable in understanding as well as interpreting numeric data across different dimensions.

Mandatory Skills: ITIL Availability Management .

Experience: 5-8 Years .
