• Able to deal with ambiguity and structure a plan
• Experience dealing with senior technical staff as well as Senior IT Management
• Highly disciplined in terms of scope, planning, action driving and co-ordination
• Able to quickly build effective working relationships with busy technical leaders
• Able to understand technical issues/risks - without having to understand the detail
• Excellent communication skills - the role works across large parts of the org
• Desirable if this role has experience with Netcracker, .net, and the
• Mobile telecommunications domain (ideally a must have)
