JD:

The Supplier will deploy and manage an ServiceNow project with a Sr. ServiceNow Developer. Responsibilities include,

• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools and other integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scoped applications, ACLs, and platform security.
• Support ServiceNow modules customizations to meet business needs.
• Implement Core Configuration Elements: Develop and maintain client-side and server-side scripts, UI policies, UI actions, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Flow Designer/Workflow components.
• Maintain Documentation: Produce and update technical documentation, configuration notes, and operational support materials.
• Troubleshoot & Resolve Issues: Diagnose and remediate defects, configuration issues, and performance problems across multiple modules.
• Manage and improve the service catalog items in ServiceNow to simplify customer experience
• Contribute to CMDB by automating the IRE and discovery process.
  Project deliverables include,
  
  Developing and optimizing existing SNOW catalog items
  
  • Developing and optimizing existing CMDB
  • Onboarding and managing new or existing integrations
  • Participate and contribute to daily scrum meetings
  • Workstream updates & issues, challenges, and backlog
  • Project Status and Progress

Mandatory Skills: Servicenow-Development .
