Job Description
Seeking a Level 3 Arista SD-WAN (VeloCloud) Engineer to support, troubleshoot, and optimize a large-scale enterprise SD-WAN environment. This role acts as the final escalation point for complex network issues and partners with architecture, security, ISPs, and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Tier-3 escalation for Arista SD-WAN (VeloCloud) incidents
- Advanced troubleshooting of latency, jitter, packet loss, brownouts
- Configure and optimize VeloCloud Edges, Gateways, and Orchestrator
- Design and tune business policies, QoS, and traffic steering
- Troubleshoot BGP, static routing, MPLS, DIA, LTE/5G
- SaaS and cloud optimization (O365, Azure, AWS)
- Work with VMware TAC and ISP/carrier providers
- Lead SD-WAN changes, upgrades, and stability initiatives
- Create runbooks, SOPs, and root-cause documentation
Required Qualifications
- 5 years enterprise networking experience
- 3 years hands-on Arista SD-WAN (VeloCloud)
- Strong BGP and WAN routing expertise
- Experience with multi-site SD-WAN deployments (100 sites)
- Advanced network troubleshooting and packet analysis
- ITIL incident/change management experience
Preferred
- VMware VCP-NV or SD-WAN certification
- Firewall integration (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco)
- Retail, financial services, or MSP environments

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
