Job Title: ServiceNow Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across our enterprise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITSM Pro, CMDB/CSDM deployment and transformation, and ServiceNow integrations, with a proven track record of delivering scalable and efficient ServiceNow architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
• Drive the deployment and transformation of CMDB and CSDM models to support service visibility and operational excellence.
• Architect and oversee ServiceNow ITSM Pro implementations, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
• Design and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using MID servers, APIs, and IntegrationHub.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solution designs are aligned with business needs and expectations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution architecture and ensure successful delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams and administrators.
• Conduct architecture reviews, performance tuning, and platform health checks.
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and roadmap, and recommend adoption of new features and capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow architecture and development.
• Strong expertise in ITSM Pro modules and workflows.
• Proven experience with CMDB and CSDM design, deployment, and optimisation.
• Demonstrated experience in ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems.
• Experience in customer requirement gathering and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Solid understanding of ITIL framework and service management principles.
• Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Glide), Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM or CMDB.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with additional ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, SecOps, or HRSD.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Experience in multi-instance and multi-tenant ServiceNow environments.

Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks.
