Job Description-Infra Automation Engineer-C1

Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to create exceptional architectural solution design and thought leadership and enable delivery teams to provide exceptional client engagement and satisfaction.

Must-Have:

• Coding using Python or Go Lang
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible or SaltStack
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud platforms)
• Full-stack development (web apps and APIs)
• Troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent exp
• 7 years of experience in IT Automation or Software Development

Good-to-Have:

• Experience with Victoria Metrics, Nautobot, Grafana, BigPanda, Loki, Ansible Automation Platform
• On-call support experience in 12 hour shift

Day To Day - Responsibilities

• Develop and support automation platforms for IT operations
• Monitor and resolve incidents and support reported requests
• Document standards, build dashboards, write alerts
• Automate and remediate frequently occurring issues

Mandatory Skills: AI Infra Operations .

Experience: 8-10 Years .
